Refund and Returns Policy

At Royal Roland, we are committed to providing quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Separate Stores

Royal Roland operates separate stores in Canada and the United States. These stores are independently registered and operated in different countries.

As a result:

  • Orders placed through the Canada store are handled only by the Canada store
  • Orders placed through the U.S. store are handled only by the U.S. store
  • Products, pricing, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not transferable between the two stores
  • A purchase made in one country cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged through the store in the other country

Please make sure you are purchasing from the correct store before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Not show any signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

Exchanges must be processed through the same store and same country where the original purchase was made. Cross-border exchanges between the Canada store and U.S. store are not available.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item arrived damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact the store where your order was originally placed.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if applicable
